Oil prices fell today below $120 a barrel and the UltraShort Oil & Gas ProShares (AMEX:DUG) is up 8% or $2.87. Thanks to Tropical Storm Edouard and U.S. consumers filling up less at the pump, big boys like Exxon Mobil (XOM) are feeling the pressure.
